If you don't register for lunch, one won't be ordered for you.
The cost of the lunch is $12 (note slight price increase).
The $12 is payable at the door on February 3rd.
*If you have ordered lunch and then discover you can't come, we ask that you send a cheque to our Treasurer, Chris Narraway, (42 Esterlawn Private, Ottawa, ON, K2A 4B6) to cover the cost of the lunch that will be ordered for you.
For two weeks in mid-summer Ottawa Chamberfest is the world’s largest chamber music festival.
But what do they do the rest of the year?
On Monday 3 February come for lunch and then hear Peter MacDonald, General Manager of Chamberfest, tell us about their Community Engagement and Education Program.
Learn about Bring the Kids concerts; The City Series of free concerts in Ottawa and Gatineau featuring local artists; Concerts in Care for elders in long-term care facilities; and Listen Up! for school students to expand their creative lives and help create a new musical work.
Lunch is at noon and Mr. MacDonald will speak at 1 pm.
Club Business Meeting follows the speaker.
