Membership Registration/Renewal - Mail In

For faster Membership registrations please go to Online Renewals for membership renewals or to Online New Registrations for new applications.  Payment can be made by eTransfer (preferred) payable to CFUW-Ottawa with notification sent by email to treasurer@cfuw-ottawa.org or payment can be made via PayPal.

If you prefer to register/renew by mail and pay by cheque, please print the CFUW-Ottawa 2024-2025 registration form (see link below), complete it and mail it to the person indicated on the registration form.  Cheques should be made out to CFUW-Ottawa.  Mailing and payment instructions are on the registration form.
